Online Sex Therapy

Helping individuals and couples build confidence in their sexuality and develop healthy, meaningful, and authentic sex lives.

You thought awesome sex was just supposed to happen.

It happens all the time in movies, after all: we’re taught that people who are meant to be together don’t have issues in the bedroom. But the thing is, your relationship is great in almost every way except the sex. You’ve followed the well-meaning advice to “just work on the emotional relationship” with the hope that the physical part will come…but sometimes it still just doesn’t work. You’re frustrated by mismatched levels of desire and you just want to figure out how to rekindle passion.

Maybe you grew up in a home where you weren’t able to ask questions about sex and now you have no clue how to express your needs or preferences to your partner. Perhaps you have concerns about your online viewing habits or maybe your partner is offended or confused by your desires.

You’re tired of putting your sexual health as an individual or as a couple on the back burner.

You’re ready to feel confident. You’re ready to put shame behind you. You’re ready to create a fulfilling and healthy sex life.

Lacking sexual confidence can feel frustrating and hopeless:

  • You’re full of shame or fear when it comes to your sexuality

  • You have trouble reaching orgasm or “performing”

  • You struggle to communicate your needs to your partner

  • You lack confidence in yourself

  • You’ve rarely (if ever) have felt that sex could be enjoyable

Sex Therapy can help

By working with you to understand your unique circumstances, we’ll establish your needs as an individual or as a couple, taking one step at a time towards your goals. My approach to sex therapy comes from a place of openness and non-judgment. I believe that you can feel confident in your sexuality and have a healthy and fulfilling sex life.

  • lack of desire

  • difficulty having orgasm

  • misinformation around sexual health

Have some questions about what working with me will look like?

  • Sex therapy is talk therapy where the focus is sex. There is no physical touch during the session.

Sex is an uncomfortable topic for most people to talk about. It’s my goal to create an open, safe, and sex-positive space where you both can feel free to explore your concerns about your sex life without judgement.

Sessions can be 60-minutes or 90-minutes, and we meet using a secure telehealth platform called Simple Practice.

  • The length of time we’ll spend together will depend on your needs as a couple. Some couples come in to address a specific issue while others find that they stay with me for a while as their lives evolve and circumstances change.

As long as counseling continues to be helpful, I’ll be here to support you.

  • While I can’t make guarantees, there’s always hope for growth, healing, and change.

My job is to support you by guiding you to new insights and equip you with new tools - your job is to do the tough stuff and act on it outside of our sessions.

  • It’s not uncommon for one partner to want to seek support before the other is ready. But don’t fret, I’m happy to meet with you individually.

We can explore your individual concerns until your partner feels ready to join you.

  • Fees are $200/60minute and $275/90minute sessions.
